Day 18 “Trim the Fat” Thursday: Damn the Pancake Puffs!

Well I do have to blame something for this week failure lol So was it really the pancake puffs I hate yesterday? hmmm… not sure…

Anyway, so this week I did not lose anything at all.  And no I did not slow down my fitness schedule.  I have not reached the 10,000 steps a day either but I put it to the fact that between the heat and the rain, I do not feel like going for a walk.  So I am limited and we do not have a treadmill here :(


But instead of walking I do an extra cardio workout so I exercise for one hour and half everyday.

We are still eating out from time to time but I am only going for the healthy choice and there is no more pigging out.

I drink plenty of water and reduced my coffee intake. I also now drink tea and that is impressive on my part as I just dislike tea and have tried so many times to drink it. But I guess the only time I have actually drink tea was because of health issue.  As a child, I had to drink this absolutely horrible tea to help with my eczema. I remember the first few days it was so hard to drink the herbal mixture but after a while I got used to it, especially when knowing it was the only thing that would help. So I am not drinking tea not because I enjoy it, I still prefer my vanilla coffee but because it is supposed to have good health effects. lol It is a type of green tea, good for weight loss, indigestion and calming as it is low in caffeine (and actually good for children).


So the goals for next week are still the same as last week pretty much:

1. Exercise

2. Drink plenty of water

3. Lose weight
