Isn’t it Friday today? Oops… I have been meaning to write this post yesterday but got busy on something else. And I think I completely forgot about it last week…
Anyway, the most important thing is that I did not quit and doing ok since I lost 3.5 lb within 2 weeks. I say “ok” because I still wish I was losing a little bit more. But since the boyfriend can physically notice the changes, I am very satisfied with that.
I finished the 30-day Challenge on Monday with EA Sports Active and re-started it on “hard” mode instead of “medium”. I really enjoy exercising. I also went for a few walks when the weather was a bit cooler.
We still eat out a couple of times a week but you know, it is just a matter of being aware of what you eat and how much…
My goals do not differ from the past weeks. Overall I want to lose weight, exercise regularly and eat healthy but still enjoy my muffins, pancake puffs and donuts… add creme brulee too…
I have no intentions of banning desserts from my life even though I am on a diet… we only live once…
