Isn’t it Friday today? Oops… I have been meaning to write this post yesterday but got busy on something else. And I think I completely forgot about it last week…
Anyway, the most important thing is that I did not quit and doing ok since I lost 3.5 lb within 2 weeks. I say “ok” because I still wish I was losing a little bit more. But since the boyfriend can physically notice the changes, I am very satisfied with that.
Well I do have to blame something for this week failure lol So was it really the pancake puffs I hate yesterday? hmmm… not sure…
Anyway, so this week I did not lose anything at all. And no I did not slow down my fitness schedule. I have not reached the 10,000 steps a day either but I put it to the fact that between the heat and the rain, I do not feel like going for a walk. Both my other half and I started the EA Sports Active 30 day challenge. The 3rd day was supposed to be a rest day, and I noticed on the calendar that it is part of the challenge obviously to rest every 2 days, an idea that I don’t particular welcome… But that is ok, I can do something else like the yoga on the Wii Fit…
