The importance of height

Today I received an email about an update on one of my favorite blogs Diary of a Disillusioned Dater. It was not actually an update since the post is dated Friday, April 4, 2008: The Height of Stupidity. I have yet to meet a man who would lie about his height but the point I want to make today is height for me is very important. When i look at a profile, i first look at the picture then I go straight to the height section…

I am 5.7 (170cm) and the only time I do not wear high heels is when am in bed basically! So I like my man to look and be taller than me… at least 5.11 (180cm)… My friends always laugh about it… think I am weird because I make such a big deal about it…

A few times I was chatting with guys and just did not know what was their height and did not know how to bring it in the conversation… one guy I really liked and I was trying to figure out from his pictures if he was tall or not… When i finally asked the question on msn, I was glued to the screen so scared of the answer! But he passed

Now it is second nature, if I don’t know the height I will pop the question within the first 5mn lol
